Lean Beef, Peanut, Ginger, Tigernuts, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Chilli, Salt, Oil and Onions.

We sell both Mild and Hot Kilishi, Nigeria beef jerky popularly known as Kilishi is believed to be quite beneficial to weight loss and this is a selected lean muscle from cow, which are sliced into thin sheets which are then dried out under strict hygienic conditions in the sun until brittle, thereafter the dried sheets are dipped in a spicy paste that consists of spices, peppers, Peanuts, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, and Salt. 

Often a little honey is added to the mix for those who like a little sweetness, the coated sheets are then dried for hours before they are finally fire roasted. Kilishi can be stored for months without losing its texture or taste.
